Can I use it on a 24 V vehicle?
The 18S W295-R is 12 V only. Connecting 24 V will damage it and void the warranty. Message us for a 24 V model.
Is it waterproof? Can it go on a motorcycle?
The control head uses stainless buttons and we show it working in the rain on our clips. Mount the amplifier where water can't pool, such as under a seat or in a closed box. Water damage isn't covered.
Is a speaker included?
No. The kit includes the amplifier, control head, microphone, wiring, bracket and spare fuse. Our 100 W speaker pairs with it.
Is it hard to wire myself?
Just 5 colour-coded wires: red to positive, black to negative, two greens to the speaker, white is a switched output. Not sure? Send us a photo and we'll guide you wire by wire.
When will my order arrive?
We ship within 1–2 days; after that it depends on the carrier. EMS transit abroad depends on the destination and customs, and every parcel is tracked.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
The website accepts card and PromptPay only. Cash on delivery isn't available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, by EMS to Laos, Vietnam, Singapore, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and Brunei. For other countries in Asia, message us first. Import duties are paid by the buyer; please check your local rules for sirens.
