How to claim
- Message or call us with your order number and the problem
- Send a photo or video; we'll check whether it can be fixed without shipping
- If it must come back, pack it well and ship it to us; shipping both ways is paid by the buyer
- We repair or replace it under warranty and send it back
Shipping to and from us for a claim is paid by the customer.
Warranty is void if
- Water or moisture damage
- Reversed polarity wiring
- Supply above 12 V
- Opened or repaired by anyone other than us
- Burnt, cracked or dented unit
- Serial sticker removed or damaged
- Used with non-standard equipment
- Natural disasters and force majeure
- Unsuitable operating environment
- Dropped, lost or misused
